Combining short rows and a fan and feather variation creates expanding segments of perfectly placed color in this wavy hourglass shaped cowl. Designed with a slightly wider base than neck, the lace weight cowl will tuck securely into a jacket or coat without extra bulk. This is worked in just one ball of our Flux self-striping lace weight yarn. Joined seamlessly when using a provisional cast on. Optionally you can use two or three balls and leave unseamed to create a long scarf. Designed by Tina Whitmore.
