Passeggiata Wrap Pattern

This gorgeous oversized scarf takes me to the streets of Venice, where one goes on promenade in the late afternoon and takes in the sunset as it bathes the beautiful old Palazzos. Lightweight and long enough to wrap multiple times for warmth or wear loosely as an elegant and decorative wrap. You’ll have as much fun wearing this as you will knitting it!
Worked in our Minikin Palette Packs – shown in the Earthy colorway (or 9 minikins) – also shown in Baby’s Breath (final image). Designed by Tina Whitmore. Pattern delivered as a PDF available immediately after purchase, for you to download, save and print at home.

This is a beautiful pattern and once you get your set-up triangles done, the knitting is soothing and repetitive. I knit fairly loosely so I didn’t go up a needle size for cast on and wish I had. Hopefully, will work out in blocking. It helps if you have done entrelac before as the set-up and finishing triangles at the top are done the same way. I chose my own Minikins as opposed to a kit and I loved how the stripes unfolded as I knit. Can’t wait to wear it.
