Your Local Yarn Store in the Berkshires – Giving Something Back

Our new studio space was planned with the aim of having a small local yarn store to serve as an Atelier, where you can stop in and shop a little, get a peek at the workings of the dye studio and see the full range of colors and weights and maybe some yarns you’ve never seen. 

With our move to the Berkshires I have come to see and appreciate how strong the sense of community is here. Everyone knows everyone, families have lived here for generations and are deeply entwined. When disaster strikes everyone steps up. It is moving, refreshing and, thankfully, contagious. 

Embracing the powerful ethic of giving something back, our Atelier will serve double duty – getting knitters the yarn they’d perhaps only dreamed of, and helping in the community that is the Berkshires of Western Mass. We donate 5% of all in-studio sales to local organizations or fundraisers. 

We are currently open six days a week, Monday to Saturday from 10-2pm, it’s always a good idea though to check our postings on instagram to make sure we’re open when you are interested in visiting just in case we’ve been pulled to a show. We can be available by appointment on most weekdays up until 4pm – please email us to arrange a time.
