Description
Our single-ply merino is grown on small farms in the Rockies and milled in North Carolina. The yarn is hand-dyed at our studio in North Adams with acid dyes using processes that are gentle to the environment. The yarn is untreated so it must be washed by hand or it will felt.

I love this yarn and have bought it a bunch of times – from both Webs and directly from Freia. Yarn is lovely to work with – doesn’t split or twist. Quality and delivery is five stars and I will continue to buy this wonderful yarn! BUT…. contact with the company has been impossible – they sell solid yarns to match the ombres but without asking how would you know which will match? There’s no phone number to call – I’ve asked several times over the past few months via the website and I’ve never gotten a response. I’ve messaged via both Instagram and Facebook and have never received a response. In any case, I’ll continue to buy this wonderful yarn that I love!
